Arthur Lipper Releases Excerpts from Upcoming Book

Intelliversity is proud to feature excerpts from Arthur Lipper's upcoming book The Larry and Barry Guide to Understanding Royalties – the Better Way of Inventing in and Financing of Businesses.

Arthur Lipper is acknowledged worldwide as a financial pioneer. He formed two New York Stock Exchange member firms, Arthur Lipper Corporation and New York & Foreign Securities. He’s lectured at many prominent universities, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford and Georgetown, and has written books on investing in privately owned companies, entrepreneurship and the management of early stage companies. Mr. Lipper is best known for his financial innovations.

His latest eBook, The Larry and Barry Guide to Understanding Royalties – the Better Way of Inventing in and Financing of Businesses, will soon be available for sale on Amazon. Two things are intriguing about Arthur's book. One is the idea of raising capital without acquiring debt or sacrificing equity by using an alternative and increasingly recognized type of funding called Revenue Royalties. Second, the book is told in story form using fictional characters engaged in a conversation, making the material more easily understood and applied.
