About Arthur Lipper

Arthur Lipper is acknowledged worldwide as a financial pioneer. He formed two New York Stock Exchange member firms, Arthur Lipper Corporation and New York & Foreign Securities. He's lectured at many prominent universities, including Harvard, Yale, Stanford and Georgetown, and has written books on investing in privately owned companies, entrepreneurship and the management of early stage companies. Mr. Lipper is best known for his financial innovations. He originated the Lipper Index and Lipper Mutual Fund Performance Analysis service and awards. In 1969 he was the first to file a prospectus for a stock index fund, The Stock Average Fund, which was the basis for stock index funds. His Forward Contract Exchange Co. Ltd. in Amsterdam created the concept and was the first firm to trade stock index futures. As Editor-In-Chief of Venture, the Magazine for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, he worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and their investors, helping them understand the risks and rewards of investing in private companies. Most recently, he developed the methodology to implement a public Royalty Exchange. This innovation was driven by Mr. Lipper’s concern that financing of many private companies might be best accomplished through a sharing of revenues, rather than through the traditional means of selling equity or incurring debt. Now called Revenue Participation, he's been writing and speaking about this asset class since the mid-1980's.

About Craig Slavin

Craig SlavinFor over 30+ years Craig has been a leader in concept creation, sales, motivation, business growth, recruitment and human resource management. The single most important lesson Craig learned is the best business will not succeed if it is not sold to, managed or staffed by the right people. This one factor prevents a business from performing to its fullest and even predicts failure.

That lesson led to the development of his powerful, proprietary program, The Navigator, a behavior mapping tool. Navigator Assessments give an "inside look" to staff, teams, and candidates as well as on a personal level. Navigator Assessments eliminate the guess work and unknowns about people and their behaviors. It allows individuals and companies to measure one of the most important factors for success - human capital.

The Navigator is used by global organizations, franchises, entrepreneurs, CEO's, teams, HR departments and individuals to dial in the right people and the right skills set needed for peak business results.

Here are a few of the hundreds of worldwide companies that Craig has worked with to expand their business: AT&T, Shell Oil, Apple Computers, Walt Disney Company, Bally Total Fitness, Sears Holdings, Apple Computers, Reliance Industries, Bata Shoes, and Hewlett-Packard.
